Responsible for obtaining copy instructions from advertising agencies. Individual will coordinate and input all incoming Local and National commercial materials into our traffic system Wide Orbit to ensure accuracy of commercials. Assist in the coordination of paid programming scheduling and missing copy. Computer input of various traffic functions which include (creating templates, sales products, work commercial inventory, event profiles and down load dub list and commercial logs for Master Control) Perform other duties as assigned and be cross trained in every aspect of traffic. Strong computer skills necessary. Knowledge of Traffic and Sales is a plus. Demonstrate excellent customer service and positive attitude. Ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, work well under deadlines and have a proven record of excelling in a team environment. College degree or equivalent related experience preferred.
