Heartwarming exchange between daughters of officers slain in Dallas shooting

The daughters of two police officers that were killed in the Dallas shootings shared a touching moment at a funeral service that was held for their fathers and other slain officers today.

10-year-old Caroline Smith’s father, Sgt. Michael Smith, and 2-year-old Lyncoln Zamarripa’s father, Officer Patrick Zamarripa, are two of the five officers that were killed in last week’s Dallas shooting.

Funeral services were held for three of the five officers earlier today, and Caroline surprised Lyncoln with a gift.

Caroline made a bracelet for little Lyncoln, and presented it to her at the service.

A friend of the Zamarripa family caught the heartwarming exchange on camera.
