GREENFIELD, Ind. (WTXF) - We know you’ve seen countless stories about the Pokémon Go game, but probably nothing like this.
FOX 59 in Indiana is reporting a registered sex offender was arrested for playing the game with children outside a courthouse.
The popular mobile game has established the Hancock County Courthouse, east of Indianapolis, as a site that draws players in.
That’s where police say Wednesday, a probation officer spotted Randy Zuick, 41, playing the game with a 16-year-old boy.

That violated the terms of a plea agreement Zuick agreed to in a child molestation case, just three months ago. Court records show he pleaded guilty to a Level 4 felony charge of child molesting for fondling a child under 14 and remains on sex-offender probation, which prohibits him from interacting with children.
The Hancock County Sheriff's Department reports Zuick is in jail for violation of probation. He should soon be facing a judge, who could revoke his probation and send him back to jail.
This incident is one of many drawing concerns about the safety of the hyped Pokémon Go app.
