Seventeen people suffered injuries when a ferry made a hard landing at a pier in Jersey City.
The incident occurred at about 7:30pm Saturday.
The ferry operated by NY Waterway had just crossed the Hudson River from Manhattan.
A Jersey City spokeswoman tells The Record most of the injuries were minor, but said three of the injured were removed on stretchers.
NY Waterway operates private ferry service between Manhattan and points in northern New Jersey.
