2 found dead in Radnor home in apparent murder-suicide

Radnor police are continuing to investigate an apparent murder-suicide inside a home in Wayne.

On Wednesday, January 31 at around 10 p.m., police received a call from a concerned neighbor on the 200 block of Highland Avenue.

When police arrived, they saw two vehicles and noticed the mail piled up outside the home.

Inside the home, the officers found two people dead, including a 20-year-old man and a middle-aged woman. Both were found with gunshot wounds.

The incident is still under investigation but officials believe that the 20-year-old male shot the woman to death, then shot himself.

Police say there was a domestic violence dispute at the property on January 8. No arrests were made at the time.

Investigators recovered multiple weapons from inside the house including a handgun and a rifle.

Police also found a dog and a cat inside the house and both animals were rescued are doing okay.

This incident is under investigation.
