2 men wanted for trafficking heroin from Philly to Lancaster

A Philadelphia-to-Lancaster heroin operation is busted, and police confiscated tens of thousands of dollars worth of drugs, but they're asking for help catching two Philadelphia men.

The Lancaster County District Attorney's Office reported detectives had been investigating Carlos Rivera-Diaz and Angel Luis Arroyo.

Then, on April 19, they conducted a traffic stop in Lancaster city and used a search warrant to find 4,000 bags of heroin, worth about $40,000.

The DA's Office said detectives think the men had been trafficking heroin from Philadelphia to Lancaster to sell.

They issued arrest warrants for Rivera-Diaz and Luis Arroyo. Rivera-Diaz's last known address is reportedly in the 3300 block of Hartel Avenue. Luis Arroyo's last known address is reportedly in the 6600 block of Keystone Street.

Both are charged with felony counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, and conspiracy.
