Boy fighting for his life after being set on fire by bullies

- A 10-year-old special needs boy is on life support in an induced coma after his family says he was set on fire over the weekend.

FOX affiliate KABB in San Antonio reports more than 20 percent of Kayden Culp’s body was burned, from his ears to his belly button, and his organs are failing.

Kayden’s aunt told KABB her nephew was playing in a field with two other kids when one boy doused him with gasoline and another set him on fire.

Kayden’s mother told the station he has trouble speaking and hearing, and exhibits autistic behavior, but has not been diagnosed.

Wednesday night, the Kerrville Fire Marshal announced another child was charged with first-degree arson and is "responsible for causing the victim’s severe burns."

YouCaring page added, Kayden “has a feeding tube and is being kept sedated. He's going to be in the hospital for quite a while enduring something no person, let alone a child, should ever have to go through.”

The page is asking for donations to help his parents be by his side, pay bills, and support their three other children at home.
