AUSTRALIA (STORYFUL/WTXF) - It sounds like the plot of a John Lewis Christmas advert but the tale of a teddy bear left at Perth Airport is all too real. Perth native John ‘Twobob’ Shilling posted a photo of a bear lost at the airport on November 20, writing a message from the cuddly toy’s perspective.
“Hi I was left behind at Perth airport on Thursday night, I am desperate to find my rightful owner, I want to be with them for xmas, I think they went to Melbourne and left me on the table. Please help me to SHARE THE BEAR.”
In his latest update on the situation, Shilling said on November 21 that there’s been “no luck yet” in reuniting the bear with its owner. However the photo of the bear had been shared over 60,000 times at time of writing so hopefully that changes soon.
