Authorities respond to multiple row-home fire in Wilmington, 12 displaced

- Authorities responded to a multi row-home fire on Sunday afternoon.  

The fire started around 4:45 p.m. Sunday on East 22nd Street. Police say the fire was fast-moving, and engulfed five row homes. 
 
Officials said the fire was placed under control at 8:55 p.m. All five of the homes have been condemned due to fire, smoke, and unsafe conditions. 
 
Red Cross responded to assist 12 displaced residents, according to officials. 
 
No injuries were reported.
 
This is an active and ongoing investigation.
