Brielle Barber, of Lemon Shot Challenge, passes away at 6

(WTXF) - Some sad news this Monday about a little girl we've been showing you for years.

Brielle Barber has died. The Delaware County girl had been sick with brain cancer.

Brielle had already taken on spine cancer and beaten it. But then she had to battle the disease a second time.

Her parents saw the success of the Ice Bucket Challenge which helped fight ALS and decided to try the challenge with a twist. Their lemon shot challenge was to increase donations for brain tumor research and save the lives of sick kids.

Brielle Barber was just six years old.
