Brookhaven police said man arrested for upskirt photos

BROOKHAVEN, Ga. - Police said the man seen on a surveillance video released this weekend turned himself in.

John Sinclaire was arrested. Police believe he was seen in the shocking video following a woman around a Publix, and snapping pictures under her skirt.

The victim said the man in the video was sneaky, she did not even realize what was going on, and even questioned if there had been a crime. But Brookhaven police said the surveillance video showed there definitely was something going on, and now they are looking for the man who did it.

Shoppers who heard about the incident said they were shocked. No arrests have been made at this time. Brookhaven police said something spooked the man, and he took off.

Sinclaire is charged with felony peeping tom.
