Composite images released of unidentified woman found in shore of Delaware River

(WTXF) -- Composite sketches have been released of a woman whose body was found on the Delaware River shoreline in West Deptford, New Jersey in January 2014. Her identity remains a mystery.

Donna Fontana, a forensic anthropologist with New Jersey State Police provided the sketches to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. They requested the images hoping that someone would recognize her.

The woman was found on January 15, 2014 by a helicopter pilot. The helicopter was flying near the Wheelabrator solid waste disposal property near Route 130 in West Deptford.

The time and cause of death is not known.

In addition, there aren't any records of someone matching the woman's description jumping from one of the Delaware River bridges.

It is believed that the woman was between 30 and 60 years old, between 5'5" and 5'7" inches tall, and between 160 and 180 pounds. She had salt and pepper colored hair that looked to be dyed brown and no scars or tattoos.

The woman was wearing a black "Seventy-Seven" hooded fur-lined jacket in a size XL, gray "ENYCE" hooded sweatshirt, blue "Destiny" denim jacket, blue "Cellucap" Tyvek shirt which is similar to hospital apparel, blue "Liz Claiborne" cotton pants in a size 14W, New Balance 690 female sneakers in a size 9, and brown socks with rubber grips which are similar to hospital apparel.
