Couple Loses Foster Parent License over Legally Owned Gun

The Department of Family Services has pulled a Nevada couple's license to serve as foster parents over a legally owned gun.

Rod and Kristi Beber has fostered more than 100 children over five years. But in June, they lost their license to foster because of a disturbance back in April.

Rod explained this morning on "Fox and Friends" that he displayed his weapon at a couple of "assailants" amid an alleged disturbance in front of their yard. No one was hurt or arrested in connection with the situation.

In July, DFS revoked the couple's foster care license over the disturbance because "the incident did not describe an adult exercising sound judgment," according to documents.
