(WTXF) - An overturned vehicle on the northbound Blue Route (I-476) made a morning mess, and it's not expected to get any better for awhile.
At 7:45am, just one lane was getting by the crash scene, between St. David’s and the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76). Then, a medical helicopter landed and that closed all lanes.
Now, the chopper has taken back off with the victim and again, just one lane is getting by.
This is for drivers heading from Delaware County, up to the Schuylkill Expressway.
FOX 29’s Bob Kelly reports the northbound Blue Route remains at a standstill from Route 3 up to St. David’s, and you’ll want to avoid it.
First, he showed getting from I-95 to the Schuylkill Expressway on the Blue Route was expected to take 69 minutes. Now, that time is up to 115 minutes.
