Crews go all out to rescue man who drove off cliff

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, Calif. (WTXF) - Emergency crews in Southern California rushed to save the driver who drove his car off a cliff, Wednesday morning.

Those crewmembers had to scale the cliff and climb down to the car, which plunged about 200 feet.

So far, police have not said what may have caused the car to lose control, if anyone besides the driver was in the vehicle, or the condition of the driver.
