Day 1 of 2 rainy ones, then cold front moves in

Keep your umbrella with you. We're starting a two-day rain event that'll be followed by a cold front.

FOX 29's Sue Serio reports Tuesday's rain is moving in and it will be wind-driven. Expect gusts of about 40mph at about noontime, but they will lower in the afternoon. Also, be careful on the roads.

There are some heavy downpours. You can see them in yellow on the Weather Authority radar.

Tuesday's temperatures started in the 40s and 50s. They'll be getting even warmer over the next two days, so there is no threat of wintry weather.

Tuesday's highs should reach the 60s. Then, Wednesday, we should see the upper 60s despite the rain.

After that, the cold front moves in.
