Deadly high-speed crash kills man

BUSTLETON (WTXF) - Police are investigating whether drugs or alcohol played a role in an overnight high-speed car crash that left one man dead.

The victim was a man in his 20s. He was found partially decapitated at the scene in Bustleton.

This was the scene on Gregg Street at about 4:30am.

Witnesses said the driver was swerving all over the road, ran several red lights, and hit some trees and a brick wall.

Traffic is being detoured.
