Eastern State Penitentiary is back in action

PHILADELPHIA, PA (WTXF) - 'Terror Behind the Walls' at Eastern State Penitentiary is back in action.

On Tuesday, the popular Halloween attraction raised its two gargoyles named Frank and Carson. They sit on top of the prison waiting to scare visitors as they enter.

This year, visitors can enjoy a new attraction called 'The Bone Yard.'

Amy Hollaman, creative director of 'Terror Behind the Walls' says "they'll start to hear drums, they'll hear the chanting of the butcher, the empress, the warriors that are waiting for you with their weapons. The question is: Will you be able to escape 'The Blood Yard?"

The attraction runs from Friday, September 22 through November 11.
