In Bethlehem, suspect identified and sought for alleged exposure

- Police in Bethlehem are looking for 49-year-old Bernardo Fontanez-Cintron, after they say he lured two young girls to his vehicle and exposed himself.

The first incident happened Friday, July 6, outside Yashko Park, at 6th and Buchanan Streets.

The girls, ages six and eight, say that once he got their attention, he exposed and touched himself in front of them.

The second incident happened two days later, less than a mile away, at 6th and Lynn Streets.

Police say that in each incident, both girls ran to tell adults and Fontanez-Cintron took off in a red sedan.

Fontanez-Cintron is not a resident of Bethlehem. Police say he was arrested in Chicago May 1, 2018 for a similar act. According to authorities, he fled Chicago after that arrest. Investigators believe he may have returned to the Chicago area. He is said to have no permanent address. Fontanez-Cintron is no longer operating the red sedan.

Bethlehem Police have issued an open arrest warrant for Fontanez-Cintron. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts are encouraged to contact Bethlehem Police at 610-865-7187 or call 911.
