The Super Mary - 205 calories

Fill with Super Mary mix OR V8
Garnish with celery, kale & olives

Super Mary mix:
(Add all to a blender, OR use a juicer if available)
                2 carrots
                2 beets
                4 tomatoes
                1 tsp tumeric
                1 tbs sriracha
                1/2 cup V8 vegetable juice
                1 tbs worchestershire sauce
                juice of half a lemon
                1 tbs cracked pepper
                1 tbs Olive Oil
                1 tsp horseradish
---Blend all and strain through a cheesecloth or strainer

Green Monster - 129 calories
(to make the smoothie)
Half a kiwi, peeled, cut up.
Juice of half a lime.
1/2 an Apple
1 banana
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup kale
1/2 cup coconut water
1 slice of ginger, the size of a quarter
1/2 cup ice cubes
2oz White Rum
Garnish with kale, celery & a carrot

2oz Tito's Vodka
Fresh Cucumber
Juice of Lemon & Lime
Celery Bitters
Sparkling Mineral Water
