Kensington fire that killed 1, injured 1 ruled arson
KENSINGTON, PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Fire Marshal is calling a deadly, fast-moving fire in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood a case of arson.
The flames broke out inside a home along the 1800 block of East Clementine Street just before 11 p.m. on Monday.
A 28-year-old person inside that home died. Police have not yet identified the deceased.
One other person inside the home was injured but is expected to recover.
A firefighter was also treated for minor injuries.
