NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - SEPTA police released footage from an officer's body camera of the arrest of a man wanted for shooting a Philadelphia fast food restaurant worker.
Police cleared the bus before walking up to Ronald Graham whom officers found sleeping. Police say a SEPTA employee recognized Graham from video. According to police, Graham has made many complaints about SEPTA to customer service.
Prosecutors have charged Graham with attempted homicide and other offenses.
Police say earlier this month the suspect had been in the fast food restaurant for 25 minutes and got angry because the employee started cleaning tables near him.
“We believe the offender was inside eating and he was involved in an altercation with an employee, a second employee who happened to be his brother of the first confronted the gunman to squash the situation and then he was shot several times.” Captain Nicholas Brown said.
