2 crashes 100 yards away from each other leave 6 injured in New Jersey

Police in Gloucester Township were busy investigating two accidents just 100 yards away from each other early Sunday morning.

The first one happened just before 3:30 a.m. on Route 42 near Exit 10A.

Fire crews on scene say it was a single car crash. Three people were injured and rushed to Cooper University Hospital.

Around an hour later, there was another crash on Route 42, with the crash occurring near Exit 10B.

The road was down to only one lane for a short time while emergency crews cleared the scene.

Three people were taken to the hospital with injuries.

No word yet on what caused either crash.
