2 dead after multi-vehicle crash on Route 422 in Pemberton Township

PEMBERTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (FOX 29) - Two people have died following a multi-vehicle crash on Route 422 in Pemberton Township.

The crash occurred around 12;45 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Hampton Street.

Two occupants from a pickup truck involved in the crash are reportedly okay.

Police have yet to identify the deceased.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
