4 killed, 2 others injured in separate Philadelphia shootings Tuesday

Four people are dead and two others are in the hospital after three separate shootings in Philadelphia Tuesday.

Around 6 p.m. police say three men were shot outside of a grocery store on the 2900 block of North Howard Street.

Police say two suspects got out of a gray minivan and ran into the store where they opened fire on the three victims. One man was killed and two others were left in critical condition.

Investigators believe those victims were the intended targets.

In Frankford, police say a 32-year-old man was shot and killed after trying to hit his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend with his car on the 4300 block of Milnor Street.

Police say the woman's new boyfriend opened fire, shooting the driver once in the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say the woman's boyfriend originally left the scene, but has since been located and is cooperating with police.

Police are also investigating a double murder in South Philadelphia that happened on the 2300 block of Moore Street around 9 p.m.

Two men were found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest inside a Chevy Impala. Both men were taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead.

Investigators say as many as 20 shots were fired into the car.

No arrests have been made in any of the shootings at this time.
