91-year-old woman, son rescued from house fire in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WTXF) - Firefighters rescued two residents from a fast-moving house fire in Chester, Delaware County Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out around 4 a.m. on the 500 block of Norris Street.

Crews rescued a 91-year-old woman and her son from the home. Both were transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center.

Neighbors on the block were evacuated following the fire. No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
