At least 6 injured as fire spreads through Camden rowhouses

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — Officials are investigating the cause of a fire that damaged six rowhouses in Camden.

It took firefighters 90 minutes to get the upper hand early Friday as flames spread from one home to the next on Haddon Avenue.

Five children and two adults were taken to a hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation and other injuries.
