BETHELEHEM, PA (WTXF) – Police in Lehigh County have arrested a man they say has a criminal history for squirting semen on strangers.

58-year old Michael Kevin Morris was nabbed in Easton on Wednesday, according to police. He was taken to Bethlehem to face arraignment on charges of indecent assault and open lewdness.

Morris allegedly squirted semen from a container on to a woman while she was a shopping inside a Stefko Boulevard grocery store.

The Allentown Morning Call reports Morris is also wanted by police in a 2014 in Bethlehem where he allegedly followed a woman off a bus and squirted seminal fluid on her.

Police also credit the woman involved in Monday's assault with taking several cellphone photos of the man identified as Morris as he left the grocery store.

"This is disgusting behavior that has gone on far too long," said Bethlehem police Chief Mark DiLuzio on Wednesday. "With the help of the district attorney's office, we hope to seek a long jail sentence."

Reports say Morris has an extensive criminal history dating to the 1970s in both Pennsylvania and New York for indecent assaults and open lewdness
Bethlehem police said after issuing a news release to the media, they received numerous tips identifying Morris.
