Bethlehem officer charged with indecent exposure

Authorities in Bethlehem have arrested and charged a City of Bethlehem police officer following and indecent exposure investigation.

Glenn Curtis Woolard, 35, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure, as well as disorderly conduct.

According to state police, Woolard was investigated after he was allegedly observed masturbating in his car on two separate occasions within a two week span. The car was not a police vehicle.

Authorities say the first incident occurred when a woman saw him in the parking lot of a Target in Lower Macungie Township. The second incident allegedly occurred on October 5 th , when a woman told police she spotted the officer engaging in inappropriate behavior while passing him in her car on Hamilton Blvd.

Woolard has been suspended, and will be facing further disciplinary action. He has been with the department since February 2013.
