Body found in West Conshohocken home, identified as Cabrini College student

Police are trying to solve a mystery after a body is found inside a home in West Conshohocken on Sunday.

Neighbors say it's a house usually rented by college students.

According to a press release issued by West Conshohocken Police, officers responded to a home on the 200 block of Moorehead Avenue for a medical emergency.

When they arrived, they found a 22-year-old male patient unresponsive on the couch in the living room.

Officers administered CPR and Nalaxone to the male, but he was not responsive.

EMT officials also arrived on scene and assisted with CPR efforts, but the male was determined to be deceased.

The press release states that preliminary investigation reveals a possible drug overdose. However, the cause of death is unknown at this time pending autopsy results from the Montgomery County Coroner's Office.

Neighbors say there was a party on this street held by some college students, but nothing that they say got out of hand.

The press release also confirmed that the male has been identified as a Cabrini College student.

Celia Cameron, the VP of Marketing and Communications at Cabrini College, told FOX 29's Dave Kinchen:

"Cabrini has been informed of the death of one of our students, but we have no details at this time. We are saddened by the news, and our thoughts are with the student's family as we focus on supporting our community through this loss."
