Camden crash leaves vehicle standing on front bumper; 3 adults and baby hospitalized

A white Pontiac crashed into an electrical pole and struck a fence in Camden early Saturday morning, injuring three adults and an infant.

Around 4 a.m., crews responded to Admiral Wilson Boulevard near 16th Street, where they found the vehicle standing nearly upright on its front bumper, propped up against a chain link fence.

All four victims were transported to Cooper University Hospital, where they were treated for injuries described as non-life-threatening.

The car was left completely destroyed, according to police.

Police say the accident also caused a power outage in the area.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
