Camden Police seeking information on hit-and-run suspect that left 7-year-old injured

- Camden County Police are investigating a hit-and-run collision Friday that left a 7-year-old boy injured.

The incident occurred just before 4 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Branch Village in a parking lot.

The striking vehicle pulled into the parking lot from Ferry Avenue and, according to a press release, struck the victim before driving out of the lot towards 9th Street and fleeing the area.

The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital for treatment.

The vehicle is described as a black or gray SUV-type vehicle with a Pennsylvania license plate containing the letters DLW.
