Cosby's Lawyers Demanding All Charges Be Dropped

Lawyers for Bill Cosby are demanding all charges be dropped and the District Attorney removed from the sex-assault case against him.

His defense team filed their final motion yesterday before a key pretrial hearing next week.

They say Cosby had a promise from authorities that his testimony in the civil suit would never be used against him.

They also accuse prosecutors of playing a game of "gotcha" by waiting twelve years to charge Cosby.

Former District Attorney Bruce Castor is expected to testify for the defense on Tuesday.

Cosby insists his relationship with accuser Andrea Constand was consensual.
