Demolition delayed for Old City building destroyed by fire

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The demolition of a fire-ravaged building in Old City has been delayed.

Crews were scheduled ot begin work this week at 3rd and Chestnut Streets, but investigators say they need more time to investigate the fire's cause.

Flames swept through the building on February 18, destroying apartments and businesses in its path.

Several streets in the area remain closed to traffic.
