Firefighters battle fire in Kensington

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Firefighters responded to the scene of a house fire in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out on the 3000 block of North Water Street around 8:00 a.m.

FOX 29 crews were there as two people were transported to nearby hospitals as a result of the fire.

Their conditions are unknown at this time.
