Lafayette Hill Man Charged in Child Porn Probe

A Lafeyette Hill man has been charged with ten felony counts of sexual abuse of children and one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility. The charges were announced by Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele.

Andrew Ritter Nutinsky was charged following a tip Montgomery County Police received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, that a Skype user had uploaded an image of a four-year-old girl in a sexually suggestive pose. The account was traced to Nutinsky's home.

Detective James Reape and other detectives served a search warrant on Nutinsky's home on October 23, a week after the original tip, and found more than 50 images and one video of child pornography.

Nutinsky was arraigned December 21 and now faces trial. His home had been investigated for child pornography once before, in 2013, but investigators were not able to determine that he himself was responsible.
