Man, 40, shot at North Philadelphia Dunkin' Donuts

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A man is in critical condition after police say he was shot at a shooting at a Dunkin Donuts in North Philadelphia Friday morning.

SKYFOX was over the scene of the store on the 400 block of North 5th Street where shots were fired around 7:45 a.m.

Police say a 40-year-old man was shot once in the left side of the chest. Responding officers rushed the victim to the hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
