Man arrested in death of woman found in parking lot last year

- Police in New Castle Delaware have arrested and charged a man in connection with the death of woman who was discovered in a parking lot.

Police say Dustin Brown, 31, struck Kimberly Quade with his vehicle in the area of Route 273 near Rambleton drive in New Castle back on October 6th, 2015.

After striking her, police say Brown disposed of Quade's body in the parking lot of the New Castle Farmer's Market, where she was discovered around 6:00 a.m. that morning.

Brown's arrest comes after a four month long investigation.

Dustin Brown has been charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of a collision causing death.
