Man arrested in death of woman found in parking lot last year

NEW CASTLE, DE (WTXF) - Police in New Castle Delaware have arrested and charged a man in connection with the death of woman who was discovered in a parking lot.

Police say Dustin Brown, 31, struck Kimberly Quade with his vehicle in the area of Route 273 near Rambleton drive in New Castle back on October 6 th , 2015.

After striking her, police say Brown disposed of Quade's body in the parking lot of the New Castle Farmer's Market, where she was discovered around 6:00 a.m. that morning.

Brown's arrest comes after a four month long investigation.

Dustin Brown has been charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of a collision causing death.
