Delta bans passenger for life, gives refunds

Delta says it is banning a passenger for life after he loudly used profanity to profess his support for president-elect Trump on an Allentown bound flight.

"I said I'm gonna video this. He said I hope you do. It's gonna go viral."

It went viral alright.. Over two million views.

Emma Baum recorded the video on her phone, as her Delta flight was about to leave Atlanta Tuesday. Headed here, to Lehigh Valley International Airport in Allentown. She was on her way to visit family for Thanksgiving.

What started as a brief conversation with a fellow passenger about the election quickly spiraled.

"Donald Trump, baby! This man knows what's up! We got some Hillary [expletive] on here? Come on baby."

He's heard calling female Clinton supporters the b-word.

"He was just like Donald Trump, Donald Trump. And then I guess because he was getting no reaction, he said for all you Hillary [expletive] on the plane, and that was like, a big, struck a big, you could see everyone's face when that happened. It was like shock."

"Trump! It's your president. Every [expletive] one of you. If you don't like it, too bad."

She says a flight attendant eventually removed him from the plane. But then, he was allowed back on.

"When he sat back down, he said loudly, this is what you get for being a patriot."

And he was quiet the rest of the flight.

"Just being obnoxious on a plane, is just such a soft spot for Americans. You don't make people feel threatened on an airplane. And I'm just shocked that after he did that, he'd be allowed to fly."

Delta released a statement saying, "We have followed up with the teams involved and all agree that this customer should not have been allowed to continue on the flight. Our responsibility for ensuring all customers feel safe and comfortable with Delta includes requiring civil behavior from everyone.

Emma's social media pages lit up after posting the video, to what she thought was a few friends.

"I think some people feel like this guy was being patriotic. And other people -- my inbox was way more full with thank yous. People saying thank you for exposing this."

"I think Donald Trump needs to separate himself from people like this. Cause for me, that didn't help."
