Man killed in Kensington car crash, fire

- Police say a man was killed when his car crashed into multiple buildings in Kensington early Wednesday morning.

The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. at 2nd and Cecil B. Moore Avenue.

A 2014 Infinity crashed into a commercial building, tree, curb, street light, and traffic light, and struck another building before going up in flames.

Emergency crews were able to extinguish the fire, and located the body of a man who was pronounced dead on scene.

Debris was scattered across the streets.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
