Motorcyclist Dies in West Oak Lane Crash

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Emergency crews responded to the scene of a fatal accident involving a motorcycle in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane neighborhood Saturday morning.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Broad and Haines Street just after 11:30 a.m.

Authorities say the motorcyclist was driving north on Broad Street when he stuck a Buick that was crossing the intersection.

The motorcycle driver was pronounced dead on the scene by medics.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
