NE Philly Bank Robber Arrested

Philadelphia Police and the FBI have arrested 32-year-old Gerald Riley for robbing a bank on Torresdale Avenue.

Gerald Riley, 32, is accused of the robbery of the Santander Bank which took place Wednesday. After surveillance videos and photographs were distributed to the news media, law enforcement received tips identifying the suspect as Riley.

Riley was arrested on the way to meet his girlfriend. The FBI Violent Crimes Task Force also recovered stolen money from Riley's girlfriend's residence. Riley has been charged with Robbery, Theft, RSP and related offenses.
