No charges filed after boy, 4, falls from balcony

WYNNEFIELD HEIGHTS (WTXF) - There will be no charges filed in the death of the 4-year-old boy who fell from a balcony in Wynnefield Heights earlier this week.

Police say it was an accident, when the boy fell seven stories from an apartment on Conshohocken Avenue.

Investigators found that a window screen leading to the balcony was broken.

His parents were home at the time.

The boy was from Saudi Arabia and came to the region for medical treatment
