Lockdown lifted at Overbrook High School in Philadelphia

(WTXF) - A lockdown has been lifted at Overbrook High School in Philadelphia.

The school went into lockdown just before 9:30 a.m. after a teacher told police they heard a gunshot in the school.

A student reported to police that he saw another student run out of the school with a gun.

The school was checked by police with negative results. Police are now resuming patrol of the area.
