- The Cumberland County SPCA in Vineland, New Jersey is issuing a plea for help.

The Cumberland County SPCA  is hoping local rescues and potential adopters will come to their aid.

The shelter opens Sunday at 11:00 a.m.. You can call them for more information (856)-691-1500.
