Philadelphia Public, Catholic Schools Closed Tuesday

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Philadelphia Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, for the second straight day, the district announced Monday night. Archdiocesan Schools soon followed suit and will close as well.

Public school offices will be open Tuesday at a two-hour delay, but schools will be closed.
