Police: 2 injured in Frankford shootings, possibly connected

Philadelphia Police are investigating a pair of shootings in Frankford they say may have been connected.
Shots were fired around 10:00 p.m. Monday night on the 4900 block of Charles Street. 
According to police, a 20-year-old man was dropped off at Aria Frankford Hospital suffering from gunshot wounds to the arm and leg.
Authorities say they were investigating the shooting, when a 22-year-old man was dropped off at the hospital with three gunshot wounds to the back. He was listed in critical but stable condition and is expected to survive. The victim told police he was injured in the Frankford area. 
Police believe the shootings are connected.
