Police: Man, 26, critically injured after being shot in the head in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are investigating after a man was critically injured in a West Philadelphia shooting Tuesday morning.

Just before 10 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of North Preston Street, where they found a 26-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition.

No arrests have been made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation.
