Police Offer Reward In September Homicide

Philadelphia Police have released a surveillance video and photograph of a man they say is a suspect in the September murder of William Vaughn in Center City.

Police are also offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the crime.

On September 24, Vaughn was stabbed at the SEPTA bus stop at Broad and Arch, and later succumbed to his wounds.

The suspect, described as "possibly homeless," is described as a black man, possibly in his 40s, approximately 5'7″ to 5'10" tall, dark brown skin with possibly a large bottom lip.
