Police: School Bus Driver Sexually Assaulted Students With Special Needs

A Montgomery County School bus driver has been charged with sexually assaulting two special needs students over a six-year span.

74-year-old James McIntyre is facing a list of charges, including institutional sexual assault.

Investigators say while McIntyre was a driver for the Pennridge School District, he inappropriately touched two female special needs students.

Investigators say he also exposed himself to the two girls.

The school district says McIntyre is suspended without pay and banned from school property, pending the outcome of the investigation.
